Project planning: before starting to move the machines, a strategic planning was established that involved the entire design, marketing, and web development team together with the client and the tech manager to develop a sprint that could specify when and when what was going to be done during the development of the project.
Migration to Webflow: Documentation was established in line with the design and content in SANITY, and the low and high wireframes began to be laid out with Figma for adjustments or modifications that the client desired before moving to webflow. Finally, all the content was structured there.
Evolution of the design: A review of the branding was established to begin executing the design team's vision in terms of the branding that Parrolabs was managing at that time and how the transition to the company's visual future was going to be established. This was done to prepare users for significant changes in the final stage of the project.
Branding Renewal: Parameters were established and adjusted at each stage so that the transition was clean and in the least invasive way possible until the website was finally presented with the new graphic guidelines, taking into account everything that the document establishes, such as the colors, shapes, and tone of the brand.
